Tiny Tot & Me:
Tiny Tot & Me is a wonderful starter class for students age 2 -3 and their parent or caregiver. It is an interactive 30 minutes of gently guiding your child through an obstacle course, helping them tumble, build strength, coordination, listening and social skills. It is teacher lead, but parent/caregiver guided. It's a wonderful way to play, have fun and teach your child multiple skills! All participants MUST have socks on!
PreAcrobatics/Ballet (Preschool - Age 3-5 years old):
This class is great for every aspiring ballerina and a dancer who loves to tumble too! An age appropriate combination of ballet, acrobatics and creative movement! Your little one will be twirling and tumbling for more each week! Perfect for children ages 3-5 years old.
PreAcrobatics/Hip Hop (Preschool - Age 3-5 years old):
This is a great class for the preschool aged student who loves to dance, wiggle and tumble. Students will learn basic (age appropriate) hip hop and acrobatic/tumbling moves, progressions and skills. The class will begin with an engaging activity that leads to warm up and stretching. It will be followed by hip hop skills and end with tumbling. The class will incorporate gross motor skills, manipulatives and creative movement. A fun class for the active 3, 4, and 5 year old!
PreAcrobatics/Gymnastics (Preschool - Age 3-5 years old):
This class is GREAT for Girls and BOYS who love to roll, flip, and have LOTS of energy! They will learn rolls, handstands, cartwheels, while also building strength, coordination and flexibility! It is a fun, non stop class filled with silly games, and techniques that help develop their bodies while having fun! Perfect for children ages 3-5 years old.
Pre Cheer/Tumble/Pom Pom (Preschool - Age 4-5 years old):
This is a GREAT class for the student ages 4 and 5. Students will learn cheers, chants, jumps, formations and builds that are age appropriate. They will also work on acrobatic/tumbling skills in a progressive manner. They will learn pom pom styled dance routines as well as incorporate obstacle courses to help with strength, conditioning and flexibility. It’s a popular class for our young aspiring cheerleaders!
Tumble Fit (Boys Only):
This new class is designed for high energy, active boys who love to move, push themselves and work hard. They will learn tumbling, conditioning and fitness skills. Taught by Mr. Nick, this class will be lots of fun and movement! (ages 5 & up)
Acrobatics/Gymnastics Level 1 (Ages 5 & 6 ONLY):
A wonderful introduction (or continuation of our Pre-Acrobatics class) to the world of Acrobatics/Tumbling/Gymnastics! This class will teach your child the basics of acrobatics/gymnastics and build upon any currently possessed skills. Some of the skills taught in this class include: forward rolls, backward rolls, straddle rolls forward and backwards, pike rolls forward and backwards, cartwheels, round offs, back bends, back bend pull up, hand stand, hand stand forward roll, to name a few. This class is structured to keep the kids engaged and moving from the start. It starts with a warm up (which can include an obstacle course) stationary skills, traveling skills and dance/gross motor skills are incorporated as well. It’s a great hour of fun!
Acrobatics/Gymnastics Level 2:
This class is a great continuation for Acrobatics 1! It is perfect for the student who already has the basic skills and wants to continue with their Acrobatic/Gymnastics/Tumbling training. More advanced skills are taught as well as reviewing the basics. We believe it is important to teach skills in a progression, rather than go for just the “tricks”. We believe having a well rounded, strong, confident acrobatic/tumbler is beneficial in many ways. Some of the skills taught at this level include: all kinds of cartwheels, back bend kick-overs, walkovers, limbers front and backwards, some power tumbling skills, as well as connecting skills. A great continuation for the student who LOVES tumbling!
Acrobatics/Gymnastics Level 3:
A new, exciting class geared towards cleaning tumbling skills, introducing and developing power tumbling and running passes . Students must have at least two years of acrobatics/gymnastics or instructor approval. Students should already have a back & front walkover to be in this class.
Acrobatics/Gymnastics Level 4 & 5:
Level 4: Students begin working on power tumbling progressions, skills and conditioning. They also work on combining tricks/skills to develop strength and control! Students should have 3 years of experience or instructor approval.
Level 5: A new, exciting class geared towards power tumbling and running passes that build into a series of multiple skills/tricks. Students must have at least three-four years of acrobatics/tumbling or instructor approval.
Acrobatics/Gymnastics/Tumbling:
Acrobatics is the floor exercise of gymnastics. We have found over the past 31 years, that our students excel in gymnastics because they have studied ACROBATICS first. If you can’t do a cartwheel on the floor, you can’t do it on the beam! Learning to use personal power to perform a skill is guaranteed to help when tumbling on a spring floor. (Boys and Girls)
Ballet/Jazz/Acro/Gymnastics (Level 1 & 2):
A great combination of ballet, jazz, and acro/gymnastics for the beginner and advanced beginner level student who wants to do it all. Students learn a basic and beyond basic foundations of terminology, technique and knowledge of the three styles. It's a 85 minute class to cover all 3 areas. (ages 6 & up)
Power Tumbling:
Love to fly, flip and dive? Power tumbling class is for you! This is a great class to work on power tumbling skills, strength and conditioning. Students in this class must have some tumbling experience to be in this class. (Boys and Girls)
Competitive Tumble Team:
Individual acrobats competing in the National Acrobat Competition against competitors from throughout the Kansas City area. They compete in four preliminary meets and the championship meet if they qualify. Students must enroll in Tumble team class as well as an additional acrobatic class to participate. 2025-2026 will be our 26th year with NAC and our Tumble team!

Cheerleading/Tumbling/Pom Pom Level 1 & 2 (55 minute class)
This is a super fun class for the aspiring cheerleader age 6 and up. The class focuses on basic cheers, chants, jumps, builds, acrobatic/tumbling skills, correct form, and enthusiasm. The students will be taught in a progressive style and incorporate pom pom styled dances. It’s a great class for any dancer or acrobat/gymnast who wants to add a little more to their skill set!
Cheer/Tumble/Jazz & Pom Pom Level 1 & 2 (85 minute class)
A fabulous class to try out three disciplines that compliment each other. This class is 85 minutes long to allow students a good opportunity to work on all three areas of study. Level 1 students will learn a basic foundation of skills in all three areas. They will work on strength training, conditioning, flexibility, team work/cooperation, coordination, pom pom styled dances and how to project as a cheerleader. Level 2 students will review skills and progress to more difficult skills! A popular class among students ages 7 and up!
Cheer/Tumble/Jazz (Back by Popular Demand!)
A fabulous 85 minute class to learn this three disciplines that compliment each other. Students will build a foundation which includes jazz, tumbling, cheers, flexibility, A teamwork/cooperation, coordination, pom pom styled dances and how to project as a cheerleader. A popular and MUST do class for the active, energetic kiddo! This class is taught in two age groups, 6-8, 9 through high school.
Cheer Level 3 (55 mins)
This is a fabulous continuation from the beginner class but also a great place to start for older aspiring cheerleaders. Students will cover the basics of cheerleading but also progress to more challenging and advanced work. Students will continue to add higher level cheer and acrobatic skills. They will work on more intricate and challenging dance moves as well. Strength training, conditioning and flexibility are also worked on in this class. Generally, students in this class are 10 and older but instructor approval is necessary.
Cheer Level 4 (85 mins)
This is the most challenging, advanced level of cheer classes Offered. Students are preparing their foundation of skills for high school cheer teams or fine tuning skills already learned. Several students in this class are high school cheerleaders who want to work at perfecting their craft. They attend class to continue to develop new skills while maintaining previously learned skills. It’s a great class for middle/high school students. Instructor approval is needed to be placed in this class. This is a 85 minute class.
CHEER (Middle School & High School Cheerleaders only)
You asked for it and we listened! We will be offering a CHEER class for cheerleaders or girls trying out for cheering! Cheerleaders will learn cheers, clean up and sharpen their motions, work on jumps, tumbling, stunts and other skills specific to their needs!
